Best of Fall Gulf of Mexico Deep Sea Fishing 10 HR Trolling & Bottom Fishing Combo

During recent years, the majority of AL deep sea fishing trips are six hour trips. This ten hour trip will give the Captain the opportunity to travel further offshore than the grounds most commonly fished by our fleet. The day will begin with near shore trolling, fishing with a bait line behind the moving boat for pelagic fish species such as spanish & king Mackerel (the bite of both species remains strong). Once the boat arrives above a reef, everyone will have the opportunity to fish at once targeting a wide variety of fish that live near these structures on the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico. This time of year we can harvest a variety of snappers including vermillion, lane, white & black snapper; groupers (gag & shallow water); and skamp. We will also be catch & releasing red snapper, amberjack, & triggerfish. Trolling continues as the boat returns to port. These eight hour trips offers a great opportunity to reel in a variety of fish while on a comfortable luxury fishing vessel with a crew focused on the enjoyment and success of the anglers aboard.

Fishing for Less than a Boat Load – per person priced fishing

Gulf Shores AL Deep Sea fishing along the Alabama Gulf Coast has drawn visitors to the communities of Orange Beach AL and Gulf Shores AL for decades. For many, a fishing trip is a highlight of their vacation, but not everyone is in the position to hire a boat for themselves. We offer fishing for individuals and small groups that are partnered with other anglers to charter a boat together. We offer shorter shared expense (semi-private/”walk-on”) charters trolling for near-shore pelagic species and well as longer combination trips that add bottom fishing for reef fish species.

What’s Biting along the Alabama Gulf Coast Spring 2015

The second week of March this year offered a challenging forecast for arranging fishing charters for those traveling to the beach for Spring Breaks. A low pressure system sat in the western Gulf of Mexico and pumped rain across the entire Southeast US all week long. AAA Charters knew that several kids had their hearts set on having the opportunity to fish during their Spring Break visits to Alabama. We kept our eyes on the radar screen all week allowing us to set up family fishing charters during the longer rain breaks and the FISH BITE WAS ON! There were lots of big smiles from anglers this week and some coolers of fish for the captain to clean!

Come Hook Up with a Gulf of Mexico BIG FISH on a Deep Sea Fishing Charter

Since most reef fish are believed to live much of their lives near these structures on the Gulf bottom, this habitat provides anglers year round opportunities to reel in a variety bottom fish species. Fishing on these spots often will attract a shark or two to the scene.
